Shell Talent - Global Recruitment campaign
The brief from Shell’s Head of Global Marketing for Talent was to bring their Global Recruitment campaign to life, telling real, human stories.
Working with the talented people at Edelman, Pete Woods as Creative Director of Shell’s In-house Film Agency, oversaw all film content for the campaign. Ultimately creating over 150 assets to sit on Shell.com, You Tube, Linked In, Instagram and Facebook.

Shell’s Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer in collaboration with CEO Shell Brands wanted to celebrate the amazing people working at Shell.
As Creative Director of Shell’s In-house Film Agency, Pete pitched 3 ideas. The simplest proved to be the most powerful.
Initially for Internal Comms, this campaign resonated to such an extent, it went external on shell.com and Linked In.

Shell Aviation commissioned a joint report with Deloitte to explore how best the Aviation industry could decarbonise.
The brief asked for a campaign to engage industry insiders prompting them to click through to the report.
As Creative Director of Shell’s In-house Film Agency, Pete delivered concepts and scripts before overseeing production and delivery.
Shell Motorsport Partnerships - New Era of F1
Shell Motorsports Partnerships needed an ecosystem of social content outlining how Scuderia Ferrari, in partnership with Shell, is helping F1 reach net-zero by 2030.
As Creative Director, Pete conceptulised and scripted each of the assets to highlight a range of different messaging to play out on Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
